I recently had the pleasure of joining Alex Porter and the Bring a Trailer team on the BaT Podcast.
I covered my automotive history from driving a tractor as a child, to buying my first car for $30 when I turned 16. I talked about some of the cars from the SCM fleet, including the 1971 Jaguar E-type V12 that I let the BaT trolls convince me to buy and the Porsche 911 Sportomatic we found in the Hershey swap meet car corral. We also discussed transparency in collector car auctions and some of my experiences selling on BaT. I even explained the etymology of the term “fright pig.”
